Ships from Hawaii via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date and time.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.

Once your order is placed, it will be shipped from Hawaii usually within one week. (Excluding in-stock items and Saturdays, Sundays and US holidays)

Signature required on delivery of all packages. Delivery to P.O. Box addresses is prohibited. Laule'a Waikiki is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as "delivered" by tracking. You are solely responsible for any loss or damage to these items.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to insufficient/inaccurate addresses or full mailboxes. If the package is returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs required to reship the product.
